A Legacy Rooted in
Wood & Integrity

Goodwill Timber Industries was founded in 1990 in Kota, Rajasthan by Mr. N.P. Sethi — a visionary entrepreneur who saw the growing need for quality timber and furniture in central India. What began as a humble timber distribution enterprise quickly evolved into a full-fledged manufacturing powerhouse.

Today, under the leadership of Managing Director Mr. Bhuvnesh Sethi, the company has grown into one of Rajasthan's most trusted names in furniture manufacturing and timber supply. Our in-house production facility is capable of catering to large-scale commercial, industrial, and government projects with consistent quality and on-time delivery.

We distribute all varieties of timber including Pinewood, Salwood, Hardwood and Junglewood — and manufacture customised furniture in wood, mild steel (MS), and stainless steel (SS). We also undertake fabrication works: door frames, window frames, entrance doors and more.

1990
The Beginning
Founded by Mr. N.P. Sethi in Kota, Rajasthan as a timber distribution company supplying Pinewood, Salwood, Hardwood and Junglewood.
Late 1990s
Furniture Manufacturing
Expanded into customised wooden furniture for residential and commercial clients, establishing an in-house production unit in New Dhanmandi, Kota.
2000s
Steel & Fabrication
Diversified into Mild Steel (MS) and Stainless Steel (SS) furniture — serving industrial, institutional and government contractors. Added door & window frame fabrication services.
2010s – Present
Large-Scale Projects
Under Mr. Bhuvnesh Sethi's leadership, expanded large-scale project capacity catering to hospitals, schools, offices and government tenders across India.
